It should come as no surprise that moving “information” between realities leaves marks—on the spirit, the body, on life in its entirety. These are not simply two different places; they are two different ways of existing, two different ways of understanding what is real, two different expressions of the same consciousness attempting to crystallize itself across dimensions. Something will always shift in the crossing. Something will always be asked of you in return. This is ancient knowledge.
